We had a fabulous stay at Goodshelter Bay, it is such a beautiful property that has very clearly been lovingly restored. There were 4 couples as part of a stay for a 60th birthday and we had everything we could possibly need, the house was very well equipped and many compliments from all on the comfort of the beds and pillows/duvets etc! Some good nights sleep were had! We really did have such a wonderful stay and would definitely rate it 5 stars - the location is so tranquil, views are amazing and it really is a special property - we were all very sad to leave!

The property is amazing set in a lovely albeit more remote part of the estuary. The gardens are extensive and beautiful. Every possible requirement has been thought of, the kitchen has everything you could need and more. Definitely one of our favourites and we visit Salcombe every year. We didn’t want to leave and it’s certainly one to re-visit.

Goodshelter Bay is a fantastic property. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location is wonderful, peaceful and scenic. The location is remote and the road to the property is narrow but well worth the trip. We had a great time and couldn't wish for anything else in the property. We would very much like to stay again.
