  A lovely property in a fantastic location with a large garden and many walks right on the doorstep. Very nicely decorated with thoughtful touches, comfortable beds and fluffy towels, two large tables for board games, ample crockery etc in the kitchen. A few maintenance issues such as no working outdoor lights and the extractor fan not working in the ensuite. Mentioning this because it’s probably best not to use the ensuite until it’s fixed - the bedroom started to smell pretty damp and musty after a couple days. As a group of 4 it wasn’t the end of the world, we just moved to the other room and used the other bathrooms, but might be problematic for a larger group. Only other potential issue would be for light sleepers - you can hear people walking in the apartment above, and there is a fair amount of traffic noise going past which the windows did very little to block in the front bedrooms. For us though this was not much of an issue. The property was perfect for what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

  A nice comfortable stay which would be ideal for a family. The house is next to a fairly busy road, so you would need to keep an eye on any children or dogs. There are nice comfortable beds with one en-suite double and another two WC's opening off the kitchen. If you like cooking, there is plenty of space in the kitchen with a sitting room with telly nest to it. Also a nice big sloping landscaped garden behind the house. Nice helpful owners too, Myles was always available if we needed any info. Thanks.

  We enjoyed our stay in Apartment 2 at Fairy Glen. The location was good for exploring north Wales and Snowdonia. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Although the nearest pub is not far, we didn't feel like walking (up) the sometimes busy road as for most of the way there is no pavement. There was a good choice of nice places to eat in Betws-y-Coed so we didn't use the apartment facilities much but would have appreciated a tea pot.

  We had a lovely 3 night stay at Tylwyth Teg Dau, it’s a beautiful spot with an amazing view of the river. The apartment was spotless, warm and comfortable. There were lots of excellent walks nearby and the welcome folder had lots of suggestions of things to do/places to see. It was just a short drive or 30 min walk along a beautiful country lane to Betws y coed, so easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants too.

  Had a really nice stay in this apartment - 2 adults and 3 kids including a baby. Plenty of space, nicely furnished and turned out to be fairly baby-friendly for a crawling 11m old. Location was great - handy for lots of days out across the region and quick to get into Betws. Whilst on the main road, it wasn’t noisy at all and at night was really quiet.
