  The instructions you are emailed on how to collect your keys is great.

  We got in nice and easy in no time at all completely independently. The accommodation was lovely and clean, very spacious. The bed was super comfy and loved the added touch of tea and coffee. I do however think that it should be mentioned on the listing that the property came with a toaster and air fryer. Also I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a long tall wall mirror. The Wi-Fi was a little temperamental but wasn’t too much of an issue. The hot tub is a lovely added touch but wasn’t a fan of the grated fence around top of the wall as people walking up the main stairs to get to there chalet could see you. Also on departure we could not find a industrial bin in order to put all our rubbish in. Overall chalet 2 is fantastic. I would definitely stay again

  Cute Shepherds hut, very clean and well equipped.

  Hottub was so relaxing, a pergola or sturdy gazebo over would make it more accessible come rain or shine. We were lucky enough to get a break in the weather to enjoy it on both days of our stay. There wasn’t any dressing gowns provided for the hottub as in other hottub stays we’ve visited. However this wasn’t a problem as I’d packed beach towels. Beautiful views and a perfect location for a romantic break away. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family. We enjoyed watching the ducks and chickens however one of the chickens does give you a sneaky peck! We visited Thornton Le Dale and Scarborough. We also enjoyed a meal at the Coachman not too far away.

  Excellent getaway with Scenic Views Myself and my partner stayed here for a weekend with our Golden Retriever and we all absolutely loved our stay. The location is great if you’re looking for plenty of privacy, the cabin was lovely and cosy, lots of comfy blankets for getting comfortable on a night. The Hot tub was excellent and provides a beautiful view of the area. Pubs and villages are only a 15 - 20 minute drive (depending on where you’re going) Pauline was very kind and is always a text away should you need anything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cosy peaceful getaway in their holiday.

  Booked very last minute but if I’d of known about the place sooner would’ve booked ages ago!

  Highly recommend for any couples wanting a get away! We are very picky when choosing places but rising sun was everything we wanted. Every little detail is spot on and perfect size place to stay. Very out of the way if you want somewhere to relax and chill out. the hot tub is a great size and the fire inside is an added bonus on a night! The bed is very comfy and the area around is silent on a night so get a great sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in the area or just for anyone who needs a get away! Will 100% return!
