  An Incredible Stay – Couldn’t Recommend More! We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful holiday cottage in Broadstairs! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway & great for children with the fun facilities for them to play with. One of the true highlights was the hot tub—perfectly hot, clean, and ready for use every day. It was the ideal way to unwind, especially in the evenings. The facilities overall were fantastic—everything was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly very well looked after. The location was also incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute drive from several supermarkets, and less than 10 minutes to the beach and central Broadstairs. It made everything super easy, whether we were popping out for groceries or heading out for a day by the sea. What really made the experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating—genuinely one of the loveliest hosts we’ve ever come across. Not only did they allow us to check out a few hours later than planned, but they also let us stay an extra night completely free of charge since the cleaners had already been in. Such a generous and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury break in Broadstairs

  Excellent cottage, nothing has been spared by the owners, from the welcome pack to the " doggy basket". Cleanliness is of the highest standard, appliances are all top of the range, beds and bedding are very comfortable. There is a fantastic range of outdoor and indoor games to suit the whole family and a massive paddock to tire out the most energetic of pets and children. The hot tub was in almost constant use as was the barbecue and outdoor pizza oven. If you are looking for a spacious cottage with loads of seating inside and out and a very welcoming feel to it then the Coach House is for you. Kevin, the owner, was available to deal with any queries without being intrusive in any way. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, we were a party of 8 adults and 4 children and none of us had any complaints. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by all.

  This is a gorgeous cottage. The owners have gone to great lengths to make it a very welcome retreat, with lots of lovely touches throughout, including the welcome pack. The common areas and sofas are fabulous and very conducive to both lazy starts and late night chats. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have lots of space. The property is very clean and all the kitchen appliances are great, including the numerous glasses to allow for celebrations. The hot tub was a great addition (and the spare towels a great extra touch). We spent the weekend at the cottage as a group of 11 ladies celebrating 40 years of friendship and all of us would highly recommend it. the owner, was in touch in advance of our visit and we knew he was on hand should any issues have arisen (not that any did). A wonderful weekend.

  We have had an amazing stay at Westwood coach house. Every little thing has been thought of, from an incredibly generous welcome pack to the toys left out for the children and extra towels for the hot tub. Even the dog got his own welcome pack!! We could have happily spent our whole stay without stepping foot out of the property. Keith was at hand at all times to help with any issues, suggest restaurants and places to visit. It’s an incredibly well located property just 10mins drive from Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate all of which have amazing beaches. We are already checking when we can return. Just fabulous.

  Really enjoyed our stay at the coach house, its located perfectly for all beaches and lots of very very close amenities. Perfect for large families. Kevin and Karen were really warm hosts, allowed you complete privacy - but just a phone call or text away if needed. They have thought of small touches that make the staycation easier especially if you have children- such as a travel cot, high chair, folding chairs and buckets for the beach. All amenities were very very clean, lots of small well thought through touches and a great welcome basket. The house feels warm and inviting. Would really recommend.
