  My Mum and I had a lovely 4 night stay.

  It’s our first break away for a long time and it didn’t disappoint. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was warm and quiet with some beautiful views of the sea. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. It was local to shops with a co op to the left just up the road and town centre just 10 minutes walk away to the right. It was easy to get around and visit places both on foot ( and we did cheat and get a couple of Ubers when visiting elsewhere. But that’s how we roll ) there are however buses and bus stops nearby to take you to wherever you want to go. I can’t comment on the parking as we didn’t drive. All in all it was a fantastic little holiday

  Apartment was in a ideal location in southsea, lots of local amenities.

  First impressions were not great due to the communial entrance to the flats, but once inside the apartment it very nicely furnished with everything you would need and more, although certain aspects of the decoration make it look DIY. We never heard any noise from the other flats which was a concern but never any problems Garage was a great bonus and my car fitted fine although a modern larger car would be tight ( it's a standard size single garage) We couldn't get WiFi to work but didn't need it so didn't contact the owners so maybe our fault The Virgin TV was a bonus to have so much choice if you wanted to watch TV. We would stay stay again if in Southsea

  This property was ideally situated for everything.

  It was 15 mins from the beach, 4/5 mins from bus stops and 5/10 mins from the nightlife. The property itself is spacious and has plenty of room for 2 people. I only marked it down slightly because there were cobwebs on the bedroom walls and the settee needs updating (really not comfy for 2 50+ adults), and maybe a couple more bath towels could be left out for people staying for a week. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed linen clean and fresh and I don't think I have ever seen such shiny floors. And considering we were on the ground floor, we hardly heard the other residents. If we were that way again, I would definitely be looking at staying in apartment 2.

  The property was lovely, furnished with all we needed.

  Beds were so comfortable and bonus to have a garden. The beach was a 10 minute walk and all other amenities really close by. The priory was listed with on road parking but would have been helpful to know that it was parking permit only between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. The property didn't have a permit and only when we got there we understood that parking between those times could be in another street close by in front of a garage. It would be useful to either have a permit for guests or to make this clear in the listing. Other than this we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

  The property was very clean, tidy, well equipped and welcoming.

  There was minimal noise from other flats. It was almost perfect for our stay Just 2 concerns the first being the sofa; It really isn't comfortable and is too low to get up from. Secondly the parking could be an issue; it states road side parking. However, parking is a garage in the street opposite. Whilst it is good to have guaranteed secure parking, if we had travelled in our Landrover we would not have been able to use it. The garage is only suitable for a small car and a good driver to get it in within the space. Kerbside parking in the area is restricted so be aware when booking.
