This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

Lake Lodge has been subject to a complete overhaul by the new owners to include total redecoration throughout including new carpets and furniture to create a clean and modern feel to the property. The property consists of three floors, with each floor enjoying a south facing lakeside balcony. The ground floor has a double bedroom, lakeside balcony and hot tub, and shower room. A double ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. The open plan living/dining and kitchen are to be found onthe second floor with large balcony with views across the lake, outdoor dining table and chairs, and BBQ.

GROUND FLOOR

Double bedroom – with built-in wardrobe, beside tables and lamps, black-out curtains and blinds. Door leading to the south facing balcony with access to the hot tub and 8 seater outdoor sofa and table.

Shower Room – with corner shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR

Master Double Lakeside En-suite Bedroom – Built-in wardrobe, curtains. Door to south facing balcony with 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. Door to:

En-Suite Shower Room – Large shower, fully tiled surrounds, WC & wash hand basin.

Twin Lakeside Bedroom – Door to south facing balcony, built-in wardrobe, black-out curtains and blinds.

Twin Bedroom – Black-out blinds to window.

Family Bathroom – Shower over bath, WC, wash hand basin, tiled surrounds.

SECOND FLOOR

Kitchen – Spacious, modern kitchen with ample wall and base cupboard units incorporating built-in double oven, ceramic hob over, dishwasher & washer dryer. Tall fridge/freezer and built-in microwave. Opening to:

Lounge/Dining – Dining area for seating 8 guests. Lounge area provides 1 x 3 seater, 1 x 2 seater as well as 2 occasional chairs and large stool. Wi-Fi enabled smart TV. Gas fire, doors onto the south facing balcony with outdoor table seating and charcoal BBQ.

ADDITIONAL

Hot Tub – Howells Mere 10 benefits from a hot tub on the ground floor decking which is serviced every Friday. Access will be required.

Spa use is included and there is central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot & highchair provided however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cots. Free WiFi provided. Please be aware that the WiFi signal varies as fibre optic is currently not available – the homeowner cannot be responsible for the slow WiFi connections.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
