The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. KITCHEN

This spacious modern kitchen with black granite work surfaces is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric double oven.

GROUND FLOOR LOUNGE/DINNING AREA

Open plan spacious living/dining room with oak wooden floor, wood burning stove and floor to ceiling glass doors leading onto the outdoor decking and paved areas.

The main sitting area is centered around the wood burning stove comfortably sitting 8. The dinning table and chairs is set close to the kitchen allowing wonder views across the lake. There is a separate Snug with TV adjacent to the lounge with wall mounted plasma TV great for sunggling up and watching a film with the family.

BEDROOMS

To the first floor you will find the master bedroom boasting a Kingsize 4 poster bed with ensuite shower and private terrace overlooking the lake. There is a further double bedroom with 5 foot bed enjoying lakeside views and a well proportioned twin bedroom with build in wardrobes. You will also find a family bathroom with slate floor toilet and shower over bath. To the second floor there is a further lakeside double bedroom with well sized family bathroom with toilet and shower over bath and airing room.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The ground floor opens out onto a large decked area complete with gas BBQ and dining for 8. Private heated swimming pool (39ft x 13ft, depth range 3ft to 6ft) open Easter – 31 October, with changing facilities and a private sunken hot tub. Sun beds and outdoor double bed to truly relax along with a private mooring by the lake.

ADDITIONAL

Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. No pets. One travel cot. One high chair available by request however guests must bring their own linen for cot. Free WiFi,Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for guests. On-site canoe & bike hire, restaurant (seasonal). One allocated parking space, over flow parking available.

Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there in no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for poor signal.

This property is subject to a £500 Refundable Damage Deposit.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.

N.B Please note, Somerford Lagoon lake is closed from October - March due to nesting birds.
