"I was very disappointed with the flat. Dangerous if I had small children."
Graham – 21 Sep 2018
"Very nice cottage and very large space, handy for the local shop and a Harvesters just over the road would book it again.S42548 is just outside Weymouth bus stop just down the road very handy"
joanne – 31 Aug 2018
"Nice location, lovely views, great base for exploring. The flat was very clean with plenty of housewares. The lounge chairs do not seat 6 people and need updatingThe king size bed was very comfortable. The twin room beds were very uncomfortable The en suite shower was goodThe family shower had poor flow and temperature control."
James – 10 Aug 2018
"Where is the compact garden. There was a tiny decking below but appeared to be for flat below."
Catherine – 3 Aug 2018
"A nice roomy flat with a well equipped kitchen. Felt we were at the top of a lighthouse with all the windows and their lovely views. Dvd player is playing up as former guests recorded in S42548 visitors book the fault was intermittent so you do have to watch film a while before it freezes on you repeatedly. Not sure where our bit of garden was. A fantastic holiday was had - it was perfect for us - we even picked blackberries in July! lovely with some custard!"
Monica – 2 Jul 2018
"A lovely apartment, very well equipped with everything you need for a break away, good location right by the sea. Would definately recommend it."
Alexander – 29 Jun 2018
"On first impressions properly looked very good , first negative was a van parking next to the parking space provided doesn't give you a lot of room , driver had to squeeze out between a large bush and the dustbin. On entering the property everything looked very nice and clean, but I was in Weymouth for armed forces day and my blazer and trousers ended up covered in white dog hairs . The only other problem was the double bed, which was very low and the mattress was very uncomfortable decided to use the twin bedroom. The contents were spot on and were used . On the whole we would probably go back if the car parking issue was sorted ."
Gary – 22 Jun 2018
"Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Dog friendly. Only negatives are the armchairs in living room. Looks like an old people's home."
Robert – 8 Jun 2018
"Great location but flat let down by old furniture and uncomfortable beds. It is in need of modernization. The garden very small and only accessible through another flats garden."
D – 25 May 2018
"A lovely flat with gorgeous views. Living room furniture inadequate and the double bed extremely uncomfortable. In spite of tihis we hope to book again in the near future."
William – 18 May 2018
"the cottage was really lovely, the 1 thing that needs to be sorted would be the Queen Ann bed it was to low down, both me and my partner are both disabled with mobility problems and the bed was to low had to use the twin beds. but a part from that the rest of the cottage was great we both loved it no problem in coming again"
Katherine – 11 May 2018
"Very nice holiday home. Close to beach, local amenities and Weymouth town centre. Great benefit of having an off road parking space. Could benefit from modernisation in some areas (sofas and electrics a little old). Would also be handy to have a gate at end of bridge, for anyone with dogs or young children as very close to road which can be busy at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return."
Stephanie – 7 May 2018
"We had the best time. We really enjoyed the two mile walk along the sea to the main beach."
Lesley – 20 Apr 2018
"We have just spent a week at Bay view. We loved this place everything was provided for your stay even tea coffee biscuits & milk for your arrival. All bedding & towels hand wash in bathrooms too. It had lovely views of the sea. The harvester was across the road if you wanted to go there & we were able to walk into Weymouth with our dog. Loved this place & really want to go back."
Miriam – 7 Apr 2018
"We love this place. It's a well looked after very clean cottage. There are only a couple of issues as far as I'm concerned there is not enough wardrobe space especially in the bunk bed room and the TV doesn't have as many freeview channels as it should do. The positives far outweigh any negatives though. The area is beautiful the Harvester opposite is very good and the surrounding area is lovely. I would definitely come back it's got everything we needed."
Rhian – 27 Oct 2017
"Loved this place! Bay view absolutely beautiful. Fab location, clean, spacious, well equipped cottage with a glorious view of the coast, especially appreciated from the small balcony whilst enjoying an evening glass of wine!"
Mike – 22 Sep 2017
"Location was good, but the apartment was let down by having some of the most uncomfortable chairs. Supposed to be for six people but three chairs and a two seat sofa is not my idea of good seating."
Jackie – 8 Sep 2017
"This is fantastic, clean, location is fab and everything you need, will definitely go again"
mr lumgair – 1 Sep 2017
"The flat was situated in a great position, with sea views especially good from the large kitchen.Parking for one car was fine but we were in 2 cars as there were six of us and parking for the 2nd car was a bit of a problem on a bank holiday weekend. The flat was clean and well kept, our only gripe was the seating in the lounge very uncomfortable and not enough sitting for six,a modern settee would have been ideal. All in all excellcent."
Sarah – 25 Aug 2017
"Great location, well equipped apartment with parking. The views from the lounge and kitchen are stunning.Shower in the main bathroom needs attention."
Martin – 23 Jun 2017
"A nice apartment in a great location. It could do with attention to details in a few areas but generally it was very good."
MEAKINS – 16 Jun 2017
"Lovely apartment clean all round, very well equipped kitchen can't find any faults ,the only thing I would say was the parking space, being so steep when you come out of the drive, but after the first day we parked in the Harvester car park. We had a wonderful holiday"
Jackie – 9 Jun 2017
"The flat was well equipped, clean and had a lovely view, welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated after a long drive. Only down side was the double bed in master bedroom is most def not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as was to low to the floor, ( stayed with 3 elderly parents) key in front door was a bit tricky to open at times and the shower over the bath wasn't working as it should, other than that was a great place to stay."
Confirmed guest – 5 May 2017
"Apartment is exactly as described but with added extras. Too far to walk into town but not a problem for our group"
Tasha – 28 Apr 2017
"Very comfortable and warm, with everything you need. Plus lovely views over the houses of the nearby sea and bay, which is a few minutes walk down the road. Good location base for visiting the Jurrassic coast east and west of us. Definitely want to return! Only downside is having neighbours downstairs, as it's a first floor apartment, but when we were quiet in an evening after 9pm, they were quieter not too early in the morning."
Jan – 21 Apr 2017
"This is a lovely flat, superbly equipped and very comfortable. There are great views of the sea from almost every window. You could cook a Sunday roast in the kitchen! We were delighted to find a teapot and eggcups - generally missing from holiday lets abroad."
Jan
"We had a wonderfull holiday (we are from Holland) in England. The area of Weymouth is beautifull, especially the coast with the cliffs. For our children too. The apartment is very complete and from the kitchen table, and other rooms, you can see part of the bay, and the isle of Portland. The apartment is very complete, and there was also taken care of thee, coffee, sugar and cookies. So we felt very welcome."
Victoria
"Just returned from our first visit from this fantastic apartment, brilliant location. The apartment was so lovely & clean and warm.I would highly recommend it to both families & like us adults with a dog.We were able to walk the dog on the cliff tops first thing & just before bed every day.The views are fantastic especially at night. If you are thinking of staying here, don't waste any more time and just do it."
Confirmed guest
"A lovely flat. All bedrooms comfortable. 2 bathrooms which is good for families with children. Excellent facilities - able to cook, wash clothes and not worry about washing up due to dish washer.2.5 mile walk along the prom to town centre which is very pleasant. Bus stop at end of road if you don't fancy the walk.Flat 3 is an upper flat with residents below. Neighbours below can be quick to point out noise from tumble dryer or children."
Linda
"The apartment was 1st class. Everything was provided including a good welcoming pack. All you needed to take was your food. The views from most of the windows was excellent, on a clear day you can see across to Portland. The only problem we had was the main road the apartment sits on. It is too steep for those who need walking aids so you would need to use the car to go into Weymouth. For those able bodied there is a bus at the bottom of the road or in fifteen to twenty minutes you could walk in to Weymouth. The owner's are very approachable should you have any queries. Being all on one level the apartment is ideal for all ages and large enough for everyone. Our party consisted of an 83 year old great grandmother, two 63 year old grandparents and our 3 year old grandson."
Hazel

Nicola

janice
"Excellent location, amazingly well eqipped, spotlessly clean and very friendly owners."
Tasha
"S42548 exceeded our expectations and the photos do not really do it justice. The flat was very well equipped, clean and comfortable - everything had been thought of! The sea views were lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return."
Confirmed guest
"Great apartment, very spacious with 3 good size bedrooms, fantastic bathroom and en suite, and brilliant kitchen. Very well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment, towels, bedding blankets, even down to thoughtful details like a set of binoculars to make the most of that wonderful sea view! Fantastic location, throwing distance from a lovely pebble beach - about a 20-30 minute walk into central Weymouth. We loved it and would highly recommend. Only very slightly picky point would be that the living room furniture could do with an upgrade...a large sofa in place of some of the single chairs would make for more comfortable evenings. But this is only a tiny point and we would happily return without hesitation."
Lesley
"Well equipt accomadation, great for walking the dog, easy and central to explore surrounding areas."
