The welcome was friendly and very helpful but not “in your face”, the property was well equipped and there was a much appreciated welcome pack. The 2 older children loved the playground, especially the trampoline and the grounds were great although use was limited by the weather. Would definitely recommend and would be very happy to return.

I thought the the televisions could do with updating & made more user friendly could only get terrestrial tv on one of the tvs in the lounge & couldn’t get the tv to work at all in the kitchen diner. A lot of ground work going on in the garden but the owner explained what the issues were & was very friendly without being obtrusive. Facilities were great from the hot tub to the snooker room & play area for the children. Would stay again.

We loved it - the pub down the road was also great. Beautiful garden even in the rain and felt very homely with lots of space for different activities. Big thanks to Dave and Mandy! Heartily recommend.
