Excellent accommodation in a quiet peaceful location. Louth and Mablethorpe are not far away and they are both good places with plenty of good eateries and interesting shops. Saturday market day in Louth bustling on a sunny day. This cottage 100 yards away from coastal walk which is stimulating whether you take a short walk or a longer one. Very safe so long as you keep to the path as recommended. Plenty of birds and rabbits around to see. Only stayed a few days but could have stayed longer.

Lovely barn conversion! Perfectly quiet and peaceful location in the beautiful countryside. We found all of the local places to visit easily and quickly accessible by car. It was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of useful utensils and cooking equipment so we could cook there (this is important for us). The garden is lovely and secure giving us confidence that our dog was safe. We didn’t walk to the beach from the house though, because dogs aren’t allowed in the nature reserve. However, this wasn’t an issue for us because there is a beach within a short drive, and if you are staying here without a dog then I’m sure that the walk is perfect. WiFi is perfectly adequate too. We would definitely recommend, and would stay in the future. Thank you to the owners.
