Set, with their individual patios, around a shared courtyard area and both properties are 50 yards from good coarse fishing. Lincoln Cathedral, rspb reserves and aircraft museums are a short drive. Links golf course nearby. Shop and pub 1 mile.

We had an amazing time. It is in such a great location, only 5 minute drive to Ingoldmells. The cleanliness was spot on, everything was clean and tidy. Sally was an incredible host as well, and you have to try her food van, it is unreal!! There is plenty to do on site with the dog, walks around the fishing lakes, private and secure garden for the dog to run around. I would 100% recommend to anybody looks for a lovely week/weekend away, such good value for money. Hopefully we will be returning soon!

The cottage was beautifully clean and really well furnished. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for the dog and having a private hot tub added an extra level of relaxation. 15 mins to great beaches for the dog - we had a lovely stay!

A great stay, super accommodation with a covered hot tub just making it. The cottage was very warm but vented windows sorted this out. The robes and slippers for the hot tub were a welcome extra. Lovely location to explore surrounding areas. Brilliant for a dog as large enclosed space on slates.
