Guests appreciate the well-equipped cabin, the hot tub, and the thoughtful welcome packs provided by the friendly hosts, Tim and Helen. While some guests mention issues with cleanliness and comfort, these do not detract from the overall positive experience. The location is ideal for those seeking relaxation and is convenient for local amenities and attractions.

Guests have had mixed experiences with cleanliness. Some found the cabin dirty upon arrival, while others reported it as very clean. The inconsistency leads to a slightly above average score.

The location is consistently praised for its peacefulness, wildlife, and proximity to Skegness and local amenities. It offers a quiet retreat with the convenience of nearby shops and attractions.

Comfort receives a good score, with many guests finding the cabin and beds comfortable. However, some guests noted the sofas were low and uncomfortable, and one mentioned an uncomfortable bed.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The cabin was clean and comfortable and the scenery was wonderful. There are plenty of nice pubs and other places to eat nearby, many of which are within walking distance if are not in a hurry. The hosts left us some nice treats which were a pleasant surprise when we arrived. We spent each evening in the hot tub watching the stars and I cannot remember the last time I felt so relaxed. The day we returned home we were already booking our return visit.

Excellent getaway just after Christmas. Great location and very cosy cabin. The hot tub on was a great addition and the kids loved it. Will definitely return.

Lovely peaceful stay, the cabin is well equipped in a very peaceful location, we had a wonderful stay over the Christmas period however I would note the bed was very uncomfortable and on arrival the cabin was dirty that being said it did not spoil our stay and we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others
