A 10-minute stroll takes you into the centre of Wainfleet All Saints which is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 6 miles.

Excellent stay had, great location for exploring Skegness. Hot tub was lovely and garden nice to kick a football around. There is some noise from main road but was not a problem for us.

Myself and my family stayed here for two weeks. It's a nice cottage. The garden was brilliant for the dog.i had read on other reviews that somebody's dog got out? But my dog is scared of traffic so thankfully didn't go to that part of the garden. We had amazing weather and the washer for the clothes and all the pegs and washing line outside was a massive plus.The hot tub was nice. Very good quality. States for 4 people but could easily get 6 in it. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was quite uncomfortable and me and my husband had many mornings of stiffness. The two beds upstairs were very comfortable but there was always flies coming in especially the bathroom. Which very much annoyed my daughter. And there isn't any Fans in the property so if the heat gets to you. You'll need to take one or two with you. Close enough to Skegness but also nice for peace. Beautiful places to explore.. Garden is a sun trap so was perfect for us. A couple of sun loungers would of been nice. But we made do with the two chairs and table. Me are a family that can manage without fuss. The owner was helpful when needed and brought us after the first week plenty of fresh beautiful smelling bedding and towels to change. The WiFi isn't the best. It got annoying at times. But yes this is a very honest review. Thanks for your stay. I would probably stay here again for a few days but we are a family that likes going new places every Holibobs. There is a horse and and lambs and sheep in the field next to the garden was beautiful to hear them in the morning

The accommodation was better than I expected very spacious and beds comfortable. Garden is huge and great hot tub The minus side is right next to the A52 and our Boston Terrier managed to get out luckily Keith was just returning from the shop and managed to grab her before a total disaster happened. The kitchen equipment is very sparse not even a bowl to use for mixing. If you are happy to leave your door open at the front in your ground floor bedroom you can get fresh air if not there are no windows to open. Would have liked to clean en-suite better but there are no cleaning items for you to use. This did not stop us enjoying our holiday and is only a helpful gesture to owner or if you stay what you need to take with you
