Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area; catch the bus to Fantasy island, Butlins or into the seaside resort of Skegness with its funfair, amusements, seal sanctuary, aquarium and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. Or travel in the other direction to Chapel St Leonards with its shops and amusements, Seascape Café where you watch the sun rise and set, Anderby Creek, as well as Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all along the coast to the north. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and you can return in the evenings to the luxury and comfort of Sycamore Lodge to relax in front of your tv, or sit back in the garden and gaze at the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the distance. There is horse riding and coarse fishing nearby with the pub and shop 500 yds away.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. Only 5 mins drive gets you onto the back coastal road with numerous great beaches and walks away from the crowds.Accommodation was excellent, immaculately presented. The owner Phil lives on site so available for any query. A very memorable holiday and will be back to this accomodation next year.
