Superb holiday home, everything you need is here in the bungalow. Hot tub so nice after a long walk with the dogs. Air conditioning in main bedroom a bonus. Close to beach and amenities. Thank you Jane for a gem of a place to stay.

Nice quiet location, not far from the village centre of Chapel St Leonards. Good base to explore Lincolnshire. A very relaxing holiday. Cottage was very clean and well equipped, owner has thought of everything even down to a welcome pack for both humans and dogs. Owner was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble if reporting issues, very quick response

Had a lovely break in this beautiful bungalow, very clean, modern and comfortable. It had the added bonus of a hot tub, lovely garden and quirky little building outside which we never got chance to use.The owner was very helpful and communicative and gave us some links of what to do and where to go. The only negative was the weather and im sure the owner Jane would have sent us better weather if she could
