We were a family of 7 and we found this accommodation to be first class, large well equipped kitchen with 4 good size bedrooms all with TV's which is ideal when you have a large party. property was very clean and homely with excellent décor. Location was great with kids attractions within 20-30minutes drive ideal for families with children we visited the seal sanctuary which kids loved. The house also has a large shared garden which was also handy for kids to play in. Patrice was very helpful and gave me a call to check we arrived ok and had everything we needed, I would definitely book this house again when in the area.

Boothby house deserves it's five star rating, it is large, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There is plenty of parking space and the car charger is very handy. Particularly impressive was the rapid response of the owner, Patrice, to a couple of minor problems, which were quickly solved.The surroundings are of quiet countryside with nice scenery and good walks within easy reach. The National Trust house Gunby Hall is only a mile away and the nearest coast about 7 miles. In particular the bird sanctuary at Gibraltar point is a very attractive area whether you are interested in birds or not.
