Additional parking available. No smoking inside property.. This luxury barn conversion is set in the grounds of Dorrington Hall with its own private garden and hot tub to enjoy. Ideal for couples and families alike with four bedrooms, three on the ground floor, all with their own en-suite bathroom. A large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the sun trap patio and the large hot tub. Lovingly and sympathetically renovated, The Coach House maintains many original features with oak beams, wooden floors, exposed brick walls and a vaulted ceiling in the living area. Please note that there is a single step that leads to two of the ground floor bedrooms.
Situated between Lincoln and Sleaford with Grantham also not far away it makes a great base for exploring the area. Whether it’s days out in the cathedral city of Lincoln exploring the castle and Bailgate area well known for its many restaurants, tea rooms and boutique shops as well as cultural heritage. Grantham and Sleaford have many shops and amenities and offer weekly markets. Belton House which is a National Trust property is 15 minutes away. Within an hour is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, Stamford, home of the Burghley Horse Trials, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, home of Just Jane the wwii Lancaster Bomber, Rutland Water and even the sandy beaches of Norfolk are only just over an hour away. Local shop within village, pub 1 mile away.

Sofa, a bit old and very low, only one sharp kitchen knife and 2 steps down to ground floor bedrooms not mentioned. Would be good to have stair gate as an option as we struggled to remove it. On the plus side lots of extras supplied like soap, toilet rolls, hamper including homemade cake, lovely clean hot tub, and everywhere very clean, owners on hand if you need anything. A walk down to the village butchers a must.

There were 7 of us altogether, and the accommodation was perfect for our group – spacious, beautifully presented and spotless throughout.The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept really well, which made the whole break even more relaxing. The hot tub was a real highlight – the kids absolutely loved it and it kept everyone entertained for hours! It really made the celebration feel extra special.The garden was a huge bonus too, especially for our dog who had the best time running around and exploring. It was great to have such a lovely outdoor space for both the children and the dog to enjoy.The welcome hamper was amazing – so generous and packed with lots of lovely goodies. And the log burner created such a cosy atmosphere in the evenings, making it the perfect place to unwind after busy days.We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend and we would definitely love to return!
