This superb holiday home is ideal for a relaxing family holiday with it being so close to the sandy beaches of the east coast of Lincolnshire. The large garden is ideal for children to play in and explore, while the older members relax in the hot tub after a fabulous day out. With four bedrooms all with their own en-suite shower rooms and the benefit of a ground floor bedroom its ideal for families and couples to enjoy.
Nearby Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe and Sandilands are all on the coast with lovely sandy beaches and colourful beach huts lining the promenade only a 10-minute drive away. For family days within half an hour are Butlins, Fantasy Island, Jump Warriors Trampoline park and the popular seaside town of Skegness. During the breeding season a visit to Donna Nook is very popular, where you can see the seals, walk alongside the dunes and beach. Within walking distance of the property is the wonderful Grange Farm Park. Here you can find free fishing available exclusive to our guests, as well as a hearty meal at there Bar Restaurant (the stables). were you get 10% discount on food as you are staying at one of there properties , shop 2 miles. Fantastic holiday home, lots of space in all rooms, lounge big enough to host a large family, could easily fit two more sofas. Great kitchen with a large table to fit 8 people comfortably. Kitchen has all equipment & utensils you could require. There is enough cutlery & crockery to last all day and only put the dishwasher on at the end of the day. Very convenient all bedrooms having en-suite, powerful showers, large bath towels & robes, dressing tables & plenty of hanging space. Very handy having a downstairs bedroom for anyone with mobility issues. Great hot tub & garden furniture with great views, the cows are very friendly! Beware if you have small dog that the garden is not secure for them as there are small gaps in the fencing. Useful having a toilet in the utility room.

We had the best family holiday only there for the weekend but could of stayed longer great communications with the owner and at the end of the weekend no one wanted to go home Thankyou for letting us stay in your fantastic holiday home will definitely be back
