The cottage is described as comfortable and cosy, especially with the log burner. However, there is a mention of the bedroom being too cold in winter, which suggests that comfort could be improved during colder months.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a log burner and countryside views. However, there is a mention of a small oil-filled radiator being insufficient and a bathroom's location being less convenient, indicating some areas for improvement.

It was a lovely cottage, but we found the bedroom much too cold in winter. It needs a much larger source of heat than the small oil-filled radiator that is there at present. And the downstairs bathroom was a bit trying at times!

Lovely place to stay, plenty of places to visit within easy reach.Gorgeous easy walk along the canal to a great pub that serves beautiful food.

The Cottage is easy to find and away from the road. In the recent storm a tree fell and hit the corner of the property dislodging slates. The owner had a very lucky escape when he came out to check what had hit his own property. The cottage is in a charming village with lovely walks along the canal. We recommend the Admiral Nelson pub. You are near the major roads for day visits to the surrounding towns such as Coventry, Rugby and Northampton for example. We'll come again.
