Great pre arrival communication from the owners made arrival very smooth. Accommodation was clean and comfortable ( lots of lovely little touches that made it feel like home ). Comfortable beds and a nice powerful shower.The lodge is located in a very nice area of the park backing onto a beautiful lake. Nighttime was lovely and quiet.My son is Autistic and normally struggles to settle when away however he felt comfortable and was very happy with youtube on the television. The Sen Den on site is a great touch and beautiful safe sensory space free to use. You just grab the key from reception. Had a great meal in the quay pub next door and also a lovely Chinese takeaway also on the doorstep :)Highly recommend this little gem

A lovely van, that was immaculate on arrival with lots of personal touches. Not far from all the amenities and a park outside the van for the children. Will definitely book again
