Choose this homely base for a well-earned break with a group of friends or your family, with a spacious open-plan living room to spend your down time and two well-presented bedrooms for catching your rest. To the exterior, you have your very own enclosed garden, where you can luxuriate in the warm bubbles of the hot tub and relax on the patio with a replenishing drink as the tangerine sun sets for the evening. The rural village of Greetham is positioned some six miles from the town of Oakham, close to Rutland Water, where you will find many outdoors activities and watersports for all. The village itself has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.

The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool

The bowl was filthy too. Bathrooms were okay , the sauna needs a good paint and clean The settee was uncomfortable because itâs just worn down , TV very old could do with updating into a 50 inch screen TV didnât work in our bedroom Not happy at all and we paid £523 for three night what a waste of our money

The welcome pack is such a treat with the Prosecco, chocolates, etc. Swimming pool just a stroll from the lodges too. Really comfortable beds and such a quiet location. Ideally situated to explore the surrounding area. The local pub is just a short walk away with good food. The breakfast in the on-site cafe was so good! This was our second visit with friends, had previously stayed in a larger lodge and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend staying here, thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.
