Be welcomed into the generous open-plan living space, where you will find a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you could need to create delicious home-cooked meals for your guests, as they set the dining table and uncork a bottle of wine. After a hearty meal, look forward to putting your feet up on the plush leather sofas, as you select your favourite film on the TV with DVD player. Indulge in an evening dip under the stars in the private hot tub, as you and your guests discuss plans for the days ahead. As the evening draws to a close, freshen up with a hot shower as your towel warms on the heated towel rail nearby. Retire to one of two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite shower room and TV, perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings and a twin. Pour in the bubbles and relax in the bath with your favourite book, before joining your guests on the private enclosed patio for morning coffee. You and your guests can also take advantage of the on-site indoor heated pool, perfect for a peaceful morning swim. Tucked away in the rolling countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Oakham and resting near Rutland Water, is the quaint village of Greetham. Wandering through the village you will find two welcoming pubs, each serving delicious homemade meals and local ales, a well-stocked village shop, perfect for stocking up on essentials, a community centre and and the excellent Greetham Valley Golf Club.
