This luxurious apartment, which is in a block known as Elm Court, offers the best of both worlds, in that it has all the amenities of the town centre close at hand and yet an almost country location with views of the nearby Lakeland Fells and walking opportunities from the door. This ground floor apartment has level access with no steps which senior citizens or those with walking difficulties may find useful. It also offers flat walking into the town centre itself. Shops, pubs and restaurants 400 yards.

Quiet corner of Keswick and very convenient for buses and town centre amenities. Lots of walking routes from the door. The flat was clean, well kept and comfortable.

Considering what we payed it was pretty good . There were quite a few grumbles in the book , but for us it wasn't that bad . Some kitchen utensils could have been better like for instance the can opener that didn't work and no measuring jug . The kitchen wasn't really equipped for clients who want to cook themselves . On the plus side we were able to take our dog and had a comfortable stay . We have been coming to 11,Elm Court 10 years plus now so it can't be that bad
