This luxurious apartment, which is in a block known as Elm Court, offers the best of both worlds, in that it has all the amenities of the town centre close at hand and yet an almost country location with views of the nearby Lakeland Fells and walking opportunities from the door. This ground floor apartment has level access with no steps which senior citizens or those with walking difficulties may find useful. It also offers flat walking into the town centre itself. Shops, pubs and restaurants 400 yards.

An enjoyable week at 11 Elm Court, a ground floor apartment with the benefit of a dedicated parking space. We've stayed at Elm Court before though this was the first time in this particular apartment. All was fine apart from one minor issue which was also the case when we visited another flat in the same block last year. There is a very strange odour at the property. This is not down to insufficient cleaning or pets, we feel it is some sort of a damp or stale air smell and although seems confined to the entry hall area it does penetrate into the ground floor rooms. Although it did not affect our stay and we would stay again it does take a bit of getting used to and when guests first arrive it is not really very welcoming. It may well be is due to just a lack of fresh air entering the public areas. Maybe air fresheners might help as a temporary fix? This is not a complaint, more an observation for future guests. Overall the flat is good and we would recommend. It could be down to the fact the area is low on the water table and has suffered flooding in the past.

This is our 4th Cottage in 5 years & definetely the best. Location, Cleanless, Facilities all great. Replace the damaged laminate Flooring in the Hallway & it would be perfect.

An excellent flat in the centre of Keswick but very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and within an easy walk of Derwent Water. Would definitely book it again
