Bay Tree is a first floor apartment on the main road through Keswick Town centre with all amenities literally on the doorstep, including shops, restaurants, pubs, museums and art galleries. Refurbished to a very high standard, with a leather suite, and quality furnishings and fittings providing an extremely comfortable base from which to enjoy your holiday. You can park you car in the private parking space with no need to use it for the rest of your stay.

the bay tree was clean and comfortable. It is excellent for local amenities. There is a drawback which is the challenge of parking. It is challenging as there are old posts to one side and a wall to the other. Costs compared to other cottages in Keswick are good.

I've stayed here many times, ive only two complaints, they have no WiFi which feels a tad dickensian in this day & age, and once again the tiny TV that you cant see very well from the sofa, now you can't hear it either as the volume seems dodgy, you also dont need a bin in the living room so id get rid of the box disguised as a bin with a bin liner over it, its shabby and lowers the tone. You simply CANNOT fault the location, hence the reason we keep choosing it.
