Wonderful cottage, everything you would need, parking as well, what more would you need, we are in our 70,s so we were a little concerned about the steps down to the door but we had nothing to worry about, they are big wide steps with added lighting.great location for walks and all you would need for a great holiday.The weather was really lovely as well.We decided to walk to portinscale, and weet a really nice local lady, who told us about Lingholm kitchen.What a wonderful place, it is a lovely walk to get there, all lovely trees and flowers, there are also alpacas.The bonus is the food, it is a gorgeous place, well worth a visit.We have been coming to the lake district for many years, this has been by far one of the best holidays yet, we will certainly be visiting burnbury cottage again.

This is a true home from home. The cottage is ideally situated to explore Keswick and the little patio is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for 2 people. An added bonus is the WiFi is reliable.
