A lot of thought and care has gone into the finish of the interior design and it has been furnished and decorated to a very good standard with guest comfort high on the list of priorities. The open plan ground floor is a great social living space; the shape of which still allows those cosy nights by the fire. The position of the well-equipped kitchen area, near to the spacious dining area, provides the perfect space for guests to be together whilst preparing food and dining. The staircase splits half way up and leads to two elegantly designed bedrooms located on the first floor, with a kingsize bed in one and twin beds in the other; both have plenty of wardrobe space. The property will be decorated for those looking to arrive over the festive season.
Keswick is a traditional market town, hosting a very popular market selling local produce on Thursdays and Saturdays. The town has an abundance of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés, with plenty of shops both from well-known and independent retailers.
Take a stroll down to stunning Derwentwater where you can hire a rowing boat and visit the famous Theatre by the Lake. Meander through the lovely parks and for family fun check out the play areas or try Puzzling Place, a mind boggling attraction based on optical illusions, or the Derwent Pencil Museum, home to the largest pencil in the world. For the more energetic, the fells of Latrigg and Catbells are within easy walking distance too! Shop, pub and restaurant 30 yards.

This is our second visit to this lovely cottage and we will definitely be back again. It is so cosy, well equipped and perfectly located and also comes with a parking space. It's in the centre of beautiful Keswick; who could ask for more?

Superb location with excellent kitchen equipment and decent shower (over bath) in bathroom.Compact and comfortable it's a great base for the area particularly acces to the centre which is 120 metres way.Double room has excellent bed and linens, quiet and peaceful yet so close to facilities of Keswick.
