Fantastic cottage at hole house farm. The cottage was comfortable and all amenities were included. Great location: short walk alongside the river to Pooley bridge for pubs, and dining out. Great access to walks nearby, overlooking Ullswater and a short car journey to other towns and lakes.

Very nice cottage, very well located a short walk to the village, night or day. Nice views, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Easy to find following instructions given. The cottage was nice and cosy, good size with all ammenities. The only negative was the slightly loud extractor fan in the main bathroom which could be heard from the neighbouring bedroom but this did not cause any issue overall. We had a lovely long weekend stay and would return.
