A wonderful pod with amazing views over the National Park, there is an open plan cosy living space comprising of a lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, a screened double bed and a shower room. Outside there is a private seating area. No pets.

The location is gorgeous, we had plenty of places we could go out for days out and really enjoy the country side and the views were gorgeous, we went on the lake boat and that was a great day out seeing the sights and exploring the many villages and lakes around the area.Don't let the pictures fool you before you book as nothing like them when you get there, its right next to the road. the Pod we stayed in first walked in looked lovely and clean and then took a closer look, my husband had a shower the first night and the shower in corners had bad black mould, the shower slip mat was orange and just unusable looked very dirty and gross, made myself not want to use it. the extractor fan had that much dust on it that it didn't work lucky we decided not to use the cooker in the end because of that hazard. the bed was very uncomfortable and needs an upgrade as the springs were all breaking and my back really felt bad after one night. the bathroom light was on a sensor and just came on and off all night with the bathroom extractor fan no way of turning it off. unbeknownst to us the pod had under floor heating which was on and no way of turning it off. it was very hot as the week went on and we couldn't have the window in bathroom open or door as the cast of bugs life would come in and buzz around all night. got hardly any sleep one night as it was so hot due to the underfloor heating being on with no way of turning it off or being able to keep cool as no fans in the pod what so ever and there needs to be fans as it gets stupidly hot in them in the summer, We ended up cutting our holiday short by two days as we had just had enough of the accomodation. if i was to go back to the lakes or anyone thinking of going to the lakes i would recommend staying somewhere else as this place is not the best place to stay for a long week holiday, i would say its good for a few days and thats it. overall the accomodation was a huge let down as i ended up sick from staying there which never happens when im on holiday and it being and feeling dirty. hope lowside farm gets better and puts fans in pods for use. they're are plenty other places around the lakes to stay i would recommend one of them rather than here. the places to visit cant fault just the place was staying
