Een heel mooi huisje met alles er op en er aan. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken, het bed is goed. De verwarming maakt het huis behaaglijk met wat minder weer.Een uitstekende uitval basis voor het Lake district.

Perfect location for exploring the Lake District. Stunning views from the outside and the living room. Had everything you may need. Parking was at the bottom of a steep hill. I need two new knees but I made it everyday. We had perfect sunny weather for seven days in April which really helped in the perfect holiday.

Although small, this two bedroom property with shower room toilet and kitchen, living room is in beautiful grounds only 150 yards from Windermere Lake. The views of the lake are spectacular. There is an outside bench seat where we sat on sunny days overlooking the lake. The property is only a short walk from The Firbank Hotel bus stops where you can catch the 555 Stagecoach bus to Kendal, Keswick or further afield. Ambleside, Windermere or Bowness are only a short distance away. Great for Boat Trips , Shopping, Eating out etc. This property is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. The drive from the property to Rayrigg Road is extremely steep as is the drive from the alloted parking area, or the waste and recycling bins. Would we stay here again?definately yes. The weather was kind to us and this Lakeland Area is so very beautiful.
