Hillside is a nice apartment, great location. It is clean and had everything we needed. However, we did have problems getting into the property, the code for the key safe was incorrect. Tried to contact the owner, eventually had to call cottages.com. They could tell us the code had been changed! The owner took an hour to return our call. Not sure who was to blame for this error, but it was not a good start.The other problem we had was the heating is pre set, but didn't come on at all on our last day, so we were cold. Tried several times to over ride it and get some heat but that was impossible. Fortunately, it was our last day.Overall, we enjoyed our week in this apartment, but would not return. There are so many similar apartments in Quarry Rigg we have stayed in, and had no complaints!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. It was in the perfect location, with lots to do near by, lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already spoken about coming back!
