Admiral's Rest is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its spaciousness, modern amenities, and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the thoughtful touches from the owner. While the location is a bit of a walk from Cromer town centre and on a busy road, the property offers a comfortable and luxurious stay. On-street parking is readily available, despite a small designated space.
Guests consistently describe the property as 'spotlessly clean' and 'beautifully clean', indicating high standards of cleanliness. One mention of unclean pans suggests a minor oversight, but overall, the property is maintained to an excellent level of cleanliness.
The property is situated a fair walk from Cromer town centre, with some guests finding the distance and uphill return challenging. It is on a busy road, but well-insulated against noise. The location is deemed convenient by some for its proximity to a convenience store and the town's amenities.
Reviews highlight the property's comfort, noting it as 'luxurious', 'comfortable', and 'a real home from home'. The spaciousness and quietness at night contribute to a comfortable stay, although there are concerns about suitability for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
The property is lauded for being 'incredibly well equipped' and having 'every conceivable piece of equipment'. However, there are repeated mentions of a tricky key safe and a small parking space, which suggest some areas for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
The owner's proactive communication and a welcome pack are mentioned, reflecting thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed and not all reviews mention them, the score reflects the positive but not universal experience.

A really lovely spacious flat which was incredibly well equipped.I hesitated about giving it five stars because there really isn't anywhere to sit outside, and it is a fair hike down to Cromer - uphill on the way back! The roads past it are quite busy but the flat is well insulated and we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The designated parking space is tiny but there really is plenty of room to park in the road right outside the front door. Oh one other point the key safe is tricky to access if you are of a certain age.But the flat itself was so luxurious that I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and go for the full five.

Super accommodation, spacious warm and very well equipped. Away from the busy centre but a nice stroll in. Would book again.
