From here you could wander into town and enjoy something different to eat every day, whether it is eating fish and chips on the quayside or watching the little boats bobbing on the tide, or something more refined, you will be sure to find it close by. Wells also has one of the best beaches in the area. It is wide and sandy, adorned with painted beach huts, and is the perfect place to catch some summer sun or blow the cobwebs away with a blustery winter walk.
You will find that this lovely town has everything you need, but do venture a little further as you will find an array of coastal habitats all waiting to be explored. Those seeking to get close to nature will be spoilt for choice with salt and clay marshes, and many migratory habitats to be found. Great cottage close to amenities in Wells. Very clean with lots of kitchen equipment and facilities. Off road parking excellent but garden slightly smaller than expected. More information on heating controls and equipment in house. Suggest folder for house containing information handouts and local attractions.

Fantastic base to explore North Norfolk in beautiful Wells next the Sea. Accommodation first class and a real home from home feel. Would stop again as had everything you needed for a great break away.

We had a lovely week here. The house is lovely and clean and is like home from home. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, close to the shops and not too far from the Harbour. The garden was really nice too with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this lovely place to stay in Wells.
