A superb location for a family seaside holiday, this delightful detached, upside-down, brick and flint house lies just 50 yards from the glorious beach, which can be accessed by the gate at the bottom of the garden, borders a meandering stream, and is walking distance from shops and pubs in the pretty village of Mundesley. This lovely area provides so much to see: the beautiful Norfolk Broads where boats can be hired or trips can be taken, Cromer, 8 miles, for family fun - famous for its end-of-pier show and crab sandwiches, pretty fishing villages, bird reserves, seal-watching trips, steam train rides and the children will love Bewilderwood - a treetop fun park. Medieval Norwich, with its castle, cathedral, fine shops and restaurants, is not to be missed. Shop and pub 100 yards.

As part of the Coastal management Scheme, contractors will be undertaking work from 4th March 2024 until the end of March 2025 and Beach Road will be an entry for works but guests will be able to take their vehicles down Beach Road at any time to the property and park on Beach Retreat’s driveway and inside the garage.
There is open water in the property grounds.

I stayed for a week over xmas. The cottage was a perfect space to comfortably accommodate extended family. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated for xmas. There was even a gift of chocolates left for us under the tree. Also a very tasty homemade victoria sponge and a bottle of wine to welcome us in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped and I was able to cook xmas dinner without wanting for anything. Beautifully located next to the beach, lovely local pub, fish and chip shop, convenience stores. Highly recommended.
