Norfolk Broads for fishing, birdwatching, sailing, daily boat hire and river trips. Shops 800 yards, pubs ¼ mile.

What a fantastic place. Spacious, comfortable and the amenities in the bungalow are second to none.A 2 minute walk to the beach, and just a little further to the nearest pub. There's a fish and chip shop and an ice cream parlour 5 minutes walk away too.The nearest shop is a few minutes walk away from there.Now to the bungalow. The views from every room is gorgeous and the birds are lovely to watch whilst having your morning coffee! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall the bungalow is like a home from home! And 2 bathrooms, which was a must for a family of six.The welcome pack of wine, chocolates and hot cross buns went down a treat.Would we recommend this property? Absolutely! Will we return? Absolutely!A definite 10 out of 10!

Perfect location, over the road from the beach with great places to eat a short walk away and lovely places to see a short drive away, the cottage has everything you need and more, very homely and the bonus of conservatory when too cold to sit out. Enclosed garden great for the dog. Beds really comfy, couldn’t ask for more, can’t wait to return.

It's a lovely property, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with excellent heating - I visit in winter when that's really important. Very close to a great beach, mini mart and chip shop. Dog friendly property and area, and great for bird watchers. I've visited many times and it never fails to be a relaxing experience.
