Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Just 500 yards from the sea, this spacious semi-detached bungalow is situated in a private no through road. It is comfortably furnished and has an enclosed lawn garden, making it ideal holiday accommodation. Having two bedrooms, one features zip and link beds, allowing for it to be configured as either twin beds or combined to create a super kingsize bed, making for greater flexibility of sleeping options (please select preference at time of booking).
The coastal path for excellent walking is on the doorstep. Visit the traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 12 miles, and Sheringham, 19 miles, for fun at the seaside, or Wroxham, 12 miles, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, you can hire a day launch or join a cruise and watch the world drift by. In fact, you are close to the heart of The Broads so you will find boats are readily available.
Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling and picnic opportunities, and great for dog walking with miles of woodland trails to explore. Bird watching, golf and fishing are all available locally. If you can tear yourself away from the beach you will find a string of other coastal habitats to explore including marshes, sand dunes and pretty quays.
Head west to Cromer and discover the unspoilt Edwardian seafront, promenade and pier, or venture a little further and take a boat trip to see the seals (seasonal) or enjoy a spot of crabbing on Blakeney Quay. Head east and you’ll discover Great Yarmouth’s Golden Mile and all the fun of the fair and just a little further, Pleasurewood Hills, Norfolk’s only theme park.
Enjoy a ride on the Bure Valley Railway from Wroxham and travel through the pretty Norfolk countryside to the bustling market town of Aylsham for a spot of shopping or lunch. With other attractions such as the tranquil Hickling Broad, Amazonia Zoo, Bewilderwood, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, North Norfolk Railway and the medieval city of Norwich all within easy reach you really will be spoilt for choice.
After a busy day, you can then return to Sea Breeze and relax in the lovely garden, conservatory or on the comfy sofas. The bathroom has been refurnished in November 2023. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub, and restaurant ¼ mile.

We've been to a lot of different cottages but returned to Sea Breeze as it's the best. 5 minutes' walk to the beach, 10 minutes' walk to local shop and pub. Very quiet cottage with lovely garden.

We often holiday on the N. Norfolk coast and are so pleased we booked here.A beautiful location with coast and countryside walks, absolute quietitude and a short car journey to Happisburgh, Winterton and in the other direction, Mundesley, Trimingham and Cromer for meals out, apart from the Lighthouse Inn and the Kingfisher cafe in Walcott, both walking distance.The bungalow was immaculate, clean tidy, very comfortable and well organised. Couldn't fault it at all. Lots of finishing touches including a welcome pack and an 'honesty cupboard'. Very thoughtful. Parking was ample for two vehicles. WiFi was very good. Our favourite room was the conservatory with comfortable seating, and a table and chairs which opened onto the lawned garden. So many lovely flowers and plants which further opened onto a larger fenced lawn area with picket fence, overlooking the wide Norfolk skies.Perfect.

Great place we stay in Norfolk a lot throughout the year, so have stayed locally before , only thing time to up date sofa, everything lovely thank you we will book in future
