This detached bungalow, newly renovated in 2020, is only ½ mile from sandy beaches and offers pleasant accommodation with a large enclosed sunny garden with views of Happisburgh lighthouse. The large rooms offer cosy and comfortable holiday accommodation for couples, families and friends. The property consists of two large bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. The bright and airy open plan kitchen/dining room offers a well-equipped kitchen along with a dining area with patio doors out onto the garden.
Happisburgh is home to the oldest working lighthouse in the county and the only independently operated lighthouse in the UK. The famous red and white striped lighthouse affords wonderful views of the coast and countryside and in the summer, it is open to visitors on occasional Sundays.
The village offers a shop and a pub serving home cooked food. Half an hours drive away you will find the seaside town of Sheringham which is a traditional town with award-winning family beach, heritage steam railway, a variety of shops selling local produce and many coastal and countryside walks. Nearby you will also find the popular resort of Cromer with sandy beaches perfect for surfing. The city of Norwich is located 20 miles away which offers excellent shopping. Beach 0.3 miles. Shops and restaurants 4 miles, pub 0.3 miles.

Lovely property set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the pretty village of Happisburgh. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful clean beach and the local pub offering great food. We really enjoyed our second stay here. Everything, as before, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bungalow is fully equipped with everything needed for a home from home stay. We had the best week and will be back.

Prefer not to stay at Seaclusion again - Can’t fault bungalow’s position, so close to beaches & spoilt for choice on lots of lovely walks. Such a beautiful area! We’ll be back - But definitely won’t be booking this disappointing accommodation again. I’ve never written a negative review before, but too much wrong with this accommodation not to mention. It’s very tired and neglected, rusty grill and garden table. Water in hot tap takes ages to come through, such a waste of water! To top it off, no hot water at all when we returned from last day out or following morning. Battled with dishwasher all week, trying different cycles - Also went to shop buying Rinse Aid & Salt. It made no difference, items not clean and covered in white powdery layer (So! Had to do lots of washing-up when you can’t afford to eat out everyday). Hardly any window levers work or don’t lock, not a secure property. On arrival & over a couple of days, picked up 5 full bags of rock-hard dog poo from previous occupants. A winter duvet on bed during a July stay was really inconvenient, plus no fan available in cupboards - we also had a heatwave while staying. I read the guest book, lots of previous stayers had completed the Suggestion part (how their stay could be improved) - Small recommendations have been ignored.
