A stunningly presented semi-detached property in an idyllic North Norfolk location, which are perfectly placed to explore the stunning coastline, the beautiful Broads and the fine city of Norwich. Stylishly appointed to provide luxury accommodation to guests looking for something extra special for the break, Hall Farm, sleeps eight and boasts a well-equipped, traditional farmhouse kitchen, a light and airy, formal living room with a wood burning stove and French doors onto the glorious garden which offers lovely views across rolling countryside to the church, a snug and a children’s room too. With features like Flagstones and pamment flooring you can really tell that this was the owner’s family home and as such, you will find all the special touches you would expect in a much-loved personal abode. The property is full of character and boasts riverside and countryside walks from the door, providing the perfect getaway to relax with your loved ones.
If you can tear yourself away from this gorgeous property, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to days out. Wroxham, 6 miles, known as the ’Capital of the Broads’ is usually the first port of call. Hiring a boat is arguably the best way to explore one of Britain’s finest wetlands or you can enjoy a river trip. Nature lovers are advised to bring binoculars, as the Norfolk Broads are home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. Keep your eyes peeled for otters, kingfishers, or the elusive bittern (one of the rarest species of birds in the UK). The Norfolk coastline has a wealth of sandy beaches, rspb nature and bird reserves, coastal paths, and the traditional seaside towns of Cromer, 15 miles, and Sheringham, 19 miles, offer an array of activities for all ages. Mundesley, 12 miles, Sea Palling, 13 miles and Horsey, 17 miles, offer excellent wide sandy beaches.
Bure Valley Railway Line, a nostalgic 18-mile round trip by steam on Norfolk’s longest narrow-gauge railway is nearby, running through pretty countryside between the historic market towns of Aylsham and Wroxham, stopping at Buxton, Coltishall for on/off exploring by foot and Alby Crafts Museum. National Trust properties in the vicinity include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Horsey Windpump. Make sure you visit Horsey Beach between December and February for your chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shore. And for a change of pace, head to Norwich, 11 miles and explore the Norman Castle and the host of other attractions. Then head back to your Hall Farm for a great night’s sleep. Beach 12 miles. The village of Buxton has a pub, shop and a fish and chip shop 1¼ miles. This property can be booked together with UKC3090 Heron Barn to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Wow wow wow….. What a house Hall Farm is …..No, let me say what a home! It really is home from home. Everything is spot on .Hall Farm is in a beautiful location with tranquil/peaceful surroundings It was such a pleasure to stay there. Perfect for our family/ friends get together to celebrate my 60th birthday. It's also ideal for a getaway from it all but still close enough to Norwich and its attractions . We only live 20 minutes from Hall Farm. The house has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen .The house is super spacious, beautifully decorated throughout, very tastefully done . Everything is top quality, linen, crockery etc, we didn't need to bring anything with us. We couldn't have asked for more .Juliet is an excellent host. We had a wonderful warm welcome by Juliet and her two lovely dogs and in the kitchen she had left the most amazing brownies for us.While there we saw a beautiful sunset most evenings and crispy morning.Perfect spot for the photographers or artists amongst us . I cannot recommend Hall Farm enough. Our stay was perfect. Thank you Juliet
