Very clean and comfortable property to enjoy whilst away. Found access through pub car park different and no noise was heard from pub despite being so close. Easy access to roads for exploring Northumberland roads Cresswell very close and has sand dunes and lovely beach for exercising dogs. Drift cafe excellent place for food and drinks and Cresswell ice cream veery good.

Curlew Retreat - what a find. comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything we needed for an our 4 night stay. A very thoughtful welcome pack on arrival as well ! Great location for all the nearby places on everyone's to do list - but without the crowds ! Local shop opposite, coop store nearby and a pub at the end of the drive. Cresswell beach for our dog was fantastic. Overall I'd give this house a 10/10.

A few issues that did get sorted quickly ( thank you) but were initially not great.A few people had mentioned the welcome pack but there was no sign of that….have you stopped doing them?!One or two casseroles with lids would be useful.Generally the house was fine but not exceptional.
