Sea View Apartment One (UK36846) and Sea View Apartment Two (UK36847) have been completely renovated throughout in 2021. These two superb apartments can be found a mere 2-minute walk from Blackpool’s seafront and main promenade. The location means they’re wonderfully central but set back away from the main hustle and bustle. Each apartment is beautifully spacious, tastefully furnished and complete with everything needed for a warm and comfortable stay. From the open plan living and dining area you can glimpse the coast and Irish Sea of what is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most iconic holiday resorts.
Blackpool offers plenty to do for the entire family, with most of the action taking place around the popular promenade which stretches for 6-miles. The apartments are set between the South and Central Pier meaning the vast majority of great attractions are easily accessible by foot. To name but a few, Madame Tussauds is around a 10-minute walk, the famous Blackpool tower and historic Winter Gardens around a 15-minute walk and the iconic Pleasure Beach amusement park around 20 minutes. There’s also the Sandcastle Water Park and Sea Life Blackpool together with a whole host of pubs, cafés, restaurants and eateries right on the doorstep.
St Chads Road tram stop is a 5-minute walk operating a regular service right the way up to Fleetwood, and of course each autumn the trams and entire promenade are lit up as part of the incredibly popular Blackpool Illuminations. Having so much to do and explore, you’ll be hard pushed to know where to start! Beach 170 yards.

Brilliant apartment in a perfect location loads of room and clean, owner was great when asked a question quick to answer only thing we found was the mattress wasn’t great u could feel every spring but that I prefer a harder mattress which is only my opinion kids said there bed was fine so did my MIL, would def recommended the take away downstairs was perfect after walking about all day and didn’t want to cook it was just at the bottom of the stairs

A good roomy apartment, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a galley kitchen. Lounge was a good size too. Decent WiFi, the bathroom with the bath had no real shower, as it looks as though the Triton electric shower is disconnected. Also the jacuzzi wasn't working. A slight pain having to lock the entrance door every time you went out, but it was fine and also good for security. Overall a good stay and value for money.

The property is really run down and in need of urgent repair!The windows, especially in the bedrooms have large gaps in them. The first night we stayed it was very stormy, the noise from the windows kept the children awake for hours. The whole flat needs upgraded and updated.It’s a shame it has been left to deteriorate as the location is amazing!!
