Sea View Apartment One (UK36846) and Sea View Apartment Two (UK36847) have been completely renovated throughout in 2021. These two superb apartments can be found a mere 2-minute walk from Blackpool’s seafront and main promenade. The location means they’re wonderfully central but set back away from the main hustle and bustle. Each apartment is beautifully spacious, tastefully furnished and complete with everything needed for a warm and comfortable stay. From the open plan living and dining area you can glimpse the coast and Irish Sea of what is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most iconic holiday resorts.
Blackpool offers plenty to do for the entire family, with most of the action taking place around the popular promenade which stretches for 6-miles. The apartments are set between the South and Central Pier meaning the vast majority of great attractions are easily accessible by foot. To name but a few, Madame Tussauds is around a 10-minute walk, the famous Blackpool tower and historic Winter Gardens around a 15-minute walk and the iconic Pleasure Beach amusement park around 20 minutes. There’s also the Sandcastle Water Park and Sea Life Blackpool together with a whole host of pubs, cafés, restaurants and eateries right on the doorstep.
St Chads Road tram stop is a 5-minute walk operating a regular service right the way up to Fleetwood, and of course each autumn the trams and entire promenade are lit up as part of the incredibly popular Blackpool Illuminations. Having so much to do and explore, you’ll be hard pushed to know where to start! Beach 170 yards.

Slums of Blackpool. Nothing. The area was full of junkies The building is in urgent need of attention. Windows have huge gaps in them, exposed electrical wires, peeling paint, uneven floors, cracks in walls. Bathroom stank, everywhere was filthy. Not even any hand soap in the bathrooms provided as it was self catering even though we all know that that only should refer to whether a meal is provided or not. Parking situation isnt great, its actually non existent. Its basically on the pavement outside the flat doors. When challenged and asked to cover a £16 charge to park in a proper car park we were simply told no. Do not leave a car out there in a location surrounded by crack addicts. Overall worst place we have ever stayed in . Please avoid.

This place is near to beach and walkable distance from attractions. But this property needs maintenance. Also it is on second floor without a lift. So you may face isues if you have lots of luggage and hard to walk upstairs.
