Guests say

Kingswood is consistently praised for its spaciousness, warmth, and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for large families or groups. The renovated kitchen and bathrooms add to the comfort, and the property's location in Whitehaven is an excellent base for exploring the western Lake District. The host, Ben, is commended for being thoughtful and responsive, enhancing the overall experience.

The property is repeatedly described as clean and well-maintained, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

Guests find the location in Whitehaven to be great, with friendly surroundings and convenient access to the western Lake District, making it an excellent base for exploration.

The house is frequently referred to as comfortable and spacious, with ample room for guests and family gatherings, contributing to a very comfortable stay.

Facilities are generally praised, with special mentions of the renovated kitchen and underfloor heating. However, a minor issue with hot water and a comment about thin pillows suggest there is slight room for improvement.

While guests commend the host for being helpful and providing useful information, there are no specific mentions of gifts, so it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

The house was great. We were a group of 8 two families. We had friends over too and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space is great and in summer the outside space looks like it would be good. Parkings great. Will definitely use again. Only negative was the pillows are very thin on the kids beds extra pillows would be nice. The host gave lots of help and info.

Amazing home, loads of room and great outdoors area for the dog. We had a problem with the hot water and Ben was immediately on the case and kept us informed every step of the way until it was resolved with a replacement part. The property was lovely and warm, infact so warm we never lit the log burner despite being there in January. We were totally in awe of the underfloor heating in the kitchen too. Within walking distance is a Spar, friendly pubs and chippy. Would happily recommend Kingswood to others
