No smoking. Please note: There are low sloping door frames throughout the property.. This stunning, Grade II listed house, set over 3 floors, is located perfectly in the heart of Ashbourne. On the ground floor of the house is the single garage to leave your car and bikes, and it is also equipped with a washing machine. Take the stairs into the living room, where you will find a cosy, light area to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring. The room has a warming wood burner, comfy sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table to seat four. The kitchen has been beautifully finished in a stylish blue shade, well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, microwave and a breakfast bar. The bathroom is located on the first floor with a corner bath with shower over. Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms, the first is the master bedroom with a zip and link super kingsize bed, this can be put into two singles if requested. The second bedroom has a zip and link kingsize bed, which can also be twin beds on request.
Ashbourne has so much to offer, with local shops, restaurants and bars, and it is on the doorstep of the famous Dovedale stepping stones, a must-see for your visit. You can fish on the River Dove, and it is also very handy for Alton Towers theme park, with it only being a short 20-minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely cottage in a great location and with plenty of cafes, pubs , restaurants within a few minutes walk. Also with fabulous Peak District walks within easy reach
