The property is 9 miles away from the home of the Bakewell pudding in the pretty riverside town of Bakewell. Chatsworth House and Gardens are also 8 miles away and provide a fabulous day out. During November Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall have fabulous Christmas markets and other events through the year.
