Guests have had a delightful stay at this well-equipped and quirky cottage in Rye, appreciating its excellent location and the convenience of a parking space. The property's comfort, including cosy beds and sofas, and the sunny terrace, has been praised. While some guests noted traffic noise, the overall experience has been positive, with good communication from the host and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and pets.

Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, though one mentioned that the standard of cleanliness could be improved. This suggests that while generally well-maintained, there may be occasional lapses.

The location is highly praised for being ideal, central, and within walking distance to Rye's attractions. The convenience of the parking space is frequently mentioned, despite the busy roadside setting.

Guests have found the beds and sofas very comfortable, and the property cosy. The presence of fans during a heatwave was appreciated, indicating attention to guest comfort.

The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen essentials and integrated technology like Alexa. However, some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as the need for new towels and attention to the water dispenser.

Great holiday cottage touching the heart of lovely Rye. This quirky cottage has great personality and just keeps on giving. Roadside location not for everybody, but own parking space makes up for it. I loved staying here. Good clear communications from the owner. Thanks.
