This lovely cottage is set on a gorgeous horse riding farm. As the farm is set down from the road, you can enjoy real escapism on this rural farm. Why not take a stroll to visit the pigs and sheep or spend the afternoon horse riding with the on-site professionals? With the offering of a restaurant and bar as well as the children’s play park, there’s something for everyone on this fantastic farm. For a family day out, you’ve got Monkey Haven and Butterfly World within 0.5 miles and looking further afield, Tapnell Farm and Blackgang Chine are not to be missed (both within 11 miles). For the lovers of the outdoors, explore the island’s many walking trails which offer amazing panoramic views of the coast and countryside and are perfect for your four-legged friends.

This beautiful mews-style house in a converted Victorian dairy barn is set on a purpose-built farm and in acres of countryside. As you approach the property, you’ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint courtyard where you will find this lovely holiday cottage. Upon entering the property you’ll find yourself in a small reception hall leading to the lounge/diner. With ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV, this is the perfect room to curl up after a long day out exploring all that the Island has to offer. This room also features a dining table, ideal for planning the day ahead over your breakfast. Moving through, you’ll find a stylish kitchen which is well-equipped to suit all your holiday needs. The final room on this floor is the downstairs WC by the entrance to the cottage. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin upon request) and overlooking the garden, allowing you to totally escape and unwind after a day out with the horses. Moving through this floor there’s a 2’6” twin zip-and-link room (which can be made up as a king-size bed upon request) and the main family bathroom.

As we head back downstairs and out the back of the property, you’ll find the enclosed garden offering outdoor dining furniture, ideal for al fresco dining in the sunshine. Out to the front of the property there is also a communal garden and courtyard with seating and a separate exercise area for the dogs on site.
