Really enjoyable quiet and relaxing weekend at the Bothy. It’s cosy and comfortable with everything you need. The enclosed garden was much loved by my dog, with lots of bushes to explore, and it is secure. The location is very quiet, along a farm track to get to the estate, and we had some great walks in the fields nearby. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the big fluffy towels provided. Woudl definitely recommend!

The Bothy was just what we needed, a quiet, peaceful, relaxing break away with our dog. We chose it because of the location and the open fire. Everything was perfect for us. We even did a puzzle that was there. The information provided in the pack was spot on re: places to eat and where to go. The dog loved it too!

The Bothy provided a lovely weekend getaway in a quiet, secluded location, great acces to nearby sights of interest such as Canterbury Cathedral (about 20 minutes drive) and Sandwich to the east. The guidebook provided was really helpful in giving pointers and had a great walk from Sandwich to the coast and back which we enjoyed. There were a couple of things mising that did eventually get sorted but would have been good to have them from the off. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend the cottage if you wanted to stay in Kent!
