A lovely cottage - warm, comfortable and quiet. It is convenient for going into Broadstairs and Margate and the loop bus which travels between Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate stops nearby. We walked into Broadstairs a couple of times for a meal and got the bus back.Colin is a welcoming and helpful host.

We rented this beautiful cottage over Christmas and would highly recommend. The host was great, informative of local area, good communication and met me at the train station making it easier to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed for self-catering week – there was a very generous supply of logs for the fire that lasted us the full week. The cottage was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The walk in to the harbour was easy but we also found the St Peters area nice to explore with its picturesque church, pubs and local shops. Visiting Margate and Ramsgate for the day was easy and with the local loop bus service we didn’t miss not having a car. I would say the cottage itself is bigger than the pictures suggest and as a group of three with both bedrooms being en-suite we had plenty of space to enjoy our week – very reliable and fast broadband which was a plus too.
