Loved the view and grounds. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully furnished. Great welcome gift thank you very much appreciated. Very informative information pack. Great having a smart tv. Very well equipped kitchen. Best shower we have ever used. Very good for people with limited mobility. You were both so kind and helpful. We will be back thank you xx

This time we used taxis to and from the station and visited London twice and Brighton. The accommodation is great and suited us very well. A walk through the woods to Dorking, followed by a great lunch at the Queens Head was a super start. The vineyard is certainly worth a visit and the frequent trains puts London and the South coast within reach.

The Annex is well laid out and has all the things to make a short stay comfortable. There are lots of lovely touches. The gardens and land is fabulous - saw foxes and heard deer but didnât quite get to see them. Just a few things would have made the stay perfect - improved WiFi (itâs very slow), milk and tea bags would have been nice and a non-stick frying pan would have been helpful. Apart from those, itâs a great place to stay and Iâd love to come back.
