Set in the pretty, rural village of Horton, this holiday cottage forms part of the owner’s home, but has its own entrance, garden area and drive. Horton has a famous tower which was used in the Thomas Hardy film ‘Far From The Madding Crowd’. It is ideally located for enjoying the area from visiting the New Forest National Park, the seaside at Poole and Bournemouth, to enjoying the footpaths, forest walks and country parks which are all nearby. Golf 2 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub ¼ mile and 1 mile.

A super well located and maintained cottage with excellent views of the countryside and overseen by the owners who are on hand to offer any advice to where to visit and eat etc. It is well worth a stay plus you get an assortment of wildlife, namely rabbits in the fields next door, several species of birds (Green and Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Song Thrush'sBlackbirds, Blue and Great Tits, Robins in the garden. Would definitely visit again.
