Set all on ground level and with a beautiful view of unspoilt farmland, this spacious abode is perfect for families and friends. Unwind on the plush sofas in the sitting area and tune into the TV or simply marvel at the views. Cook up a piping hot, home-cooked meal in the modern, well-fitted kitchen and gather around the dining table, ready to discuss the events from the day. Once you have relaxed into your evening, choose from either a king-size double with its own en-suite shower room and dressing room or a twin bedroom. On return from a coastal walk indulge with a dip in the hot tub, which is sunken into the decking giving you a feeling of privacy as you take in the ever-pleasant views. At the centre of this luscious park is the reception, bar and restaurant located at the Old Mill. You are some 9 miles from the stunning South West Coast Path, which traces the edge of fabulous landscape scenery and is home to a plethora of wildlife offering a wealth of walking and cycling. 3 Valley View is also well-placed for the delightful village of Polperro, famous for its seafood caught by local fishermen, while Fowey makes a lovely day out with its museum, old fashioned aquarium and ferry trips over to Polruan. With gardens, National Trust properties and so much more to offer, you won't want to miss an opportunity for a break at this charming homestay.
Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles west of Looe, hosting a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port within easy reach, offering plenty of amenities for you to enjoy. The sandy Looe Beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families. You have easy access to the coast, the moors, National Trust properties and Cornwall's famous gardens.

The beds extremely comfortable. Parking only for 1 car is very tight. The bushes around the parking space should be cut back a lot. This is our 3rd visit although 3 Valley View was a different lodge and much nicer than our previous one.

The skirting boards were really dusty, we probably notice this more as we have a toddler so play on the floor. It felt like it needed a deep clean. The towel rails were also dusty and the toilet brushes were not pleasant. The en-suite shower also requires a deep clean. We didnât use the en-suite at all as the toilet was leaking. The towel rail also didnât work in here and the one in the main bathroom was coming away from the wall. I think the property would benefit from some maintenance. Other feedback I would like to give is that some sort of cleaning spray is provided for the kitchen and more than one tea towel. Overall we still had a fantastic stay even with the above and reception did offer to send someone to the property but by the time we had spoken to reception we were unpacked and out and about a lot. The location and site is lovely. We found the main living space to be fab and the outdoor space is also brilliant with a lovely view. The hot tub was spotless and maintained daily.
